Our story: how Rakūnas began
Many customers think Rakūnas is simply a name we made up. In fact, we chose an older Lithuanian word for a raccoon, also known as miškenas, and decided to bring the word back through our company name.
We took our work seriously from the start and wanted to provide high-quality professional services. We contacted a cleaning company with 40 years of experience and travelled to London for training. There, we completed training, received certificates and invested in professional equipment suited to our work.
Over the years, we have gained practical experience with different equipment, cleaning products and materials. It has not always been easy: we have faced challenges and learned from mistakes. During these 7 years, we have learned a great deal about upholstery, window and carpet cleaning. That experience helps us deliver quality work, and we continue to learn and improve.
