2. Nature of the services
The information on this website is preliminary.
The price shown in the calculator is an estimate only and does not constitute a booking or a contract.
The final price and service date are agreed by phone or in writing and are subject to our confirmation.
3. Booking confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
the information supplied by the customer (address, date and scope of services) has been confirmed by phone or email;
the service date has been agreed by both parties.
4. How services are provided
Services are provided at the agreed address and time.
The customer must ensure that staff can safely access the premises.
If the work required on site exceeds the scope entered in the calculator, the final price will be agreed on site.
5. Payment
Payment methods: cash, bank transfer or card.
An invoice is issued after the service has been provided.
6. Right to cancel
The consumer may cancel the service free of charge before the day on which it is due to be provided.
If the consumer cancels after the service has started, they must cover the service provider’s reasonable costs, as set out in Article 6.22811(9) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
7. Service quality guarantee
A 24-hour guarantee is provided for repeat localised cleaning if remaining dirt is noticed after the work has been completed.
The guarantee does not cover:
old chemical stains;
fabric damage;
cases where the customer has used additional products after cleaning.

Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days and a written response is provided.
9. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Disputes concerning improper performance or non-performance of the contract are handled out of court by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba) under the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania. 10. Personal data protection
We process only the information that the customer provides for the service: their name, address, phone number and details of the cleaning required.
Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
11. Additional information
Calculations provided by the calculator do not constitute a contract.
The customer has no obligations until the booking has been confirmed.
