We start by understanding the surface
A stronger product is not always the right solution. We assess the tile finish, grout condition, type of soiling and products previously used. We take time to distinguish built-up dirt and product residue from damage to the surface itself. Our aim is effective cleaning with care for the material.
Our process
Inspection and a test clean
We discuss the problem and test the proposed method on a small area.
Selecting the method
We match the cleaning product, dilution, contact time and mechanical action to the surface and soiling.
Deep cleaning
Where appropriate, we use a rotary floor machine with suitable brushes or pads. Edges and grout receive individual attention.
Rinsing and checking
We recover dirty water, remove cleaning product residue and assess the result. We also discuss ongoing care.
For homes and commercial premises
We clean tiled floors in corridors, shared areas and other indoor spaces. The cleaning method is chosen after assessing the surface. If you do not know the tile type, send us overall and close-up photographs.
What results can you expect?
Cleaning can remove accumulated dirt and product residue, but it cannot restore worn glaze, remove scratches or repair damaged grout. Some established stains may remain. We discuss these limitations before work begins. Drying time depends on the surface and indoor conditions.
